SFM Client Service Team

Stack Financial Management employs two full-time professionals on our Client Service Team. Aimee Weller and Dawn Sherper are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and assist new and existing clients with any and all account maintenance requests.

Aimee Weller, Account Executive

Aimee Weller is dedicated to servicing all of our existing clients' needs and also assists new clients in establishing accounts. Due to strong growth in recent years, SFM has added Client Service Team members to ensure our priority of top-quality customer service is met at all times. Aimee graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Marketing where she was also a member of the nationally recognized Pi Sigma Epsilon. After graduation, Aimee held a position with CNN International in Atlanta, GA. You may have even seen her on television working the newsroom floor during her time there. Marriage took Aimee to Hawaii, where she began an eight year career in the medical billing and software industry. Her success in this position required mastery of several roles including customer service, marketing and project management - which she now brings to SFM. Aimee's husband recently retired from the U.S. Coast Guard and is now working as a pilot for the ALERT helicopter program prompting the family's relocation to the Flathead Valley. The Wellers are truly excited about this move and look forward to experiencing all that Montana has to offer such as teaching their young son to ski and exploring the many miles of hiking trails.

Dawn Sherper, Account Executive

Dawn Sherper joined the SFM Client Service Team in 2008. She assists new and existing clients in opening accounts, transferring assets, and also manages all distribution requests such as Required Minimum Distributions from IRAs. Additionally, Dawn supports the Portfolio Management Team by monitoring cash levels in managed accounts. Dawn graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Urban Planning from their School of Architecture. She has extensive experience in Finance Operations management and worked in the software industry for nearly a decade. Dawn has also owned a successful business as a potter, creating functional wheel-thrown pottery. In 2006, Dawn moved from the Washington DC metro area to Whitefish, seeking a family-friendly lifestyle. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking and spending time outdoors with her family in beautiful Northwest Montana.
