Work experience prior to joining SFM:
Before joining SFM, Robby worked as a Production Lead for a local mass timber manufacturer, where he supported daily operations, monitored quality control procedures, and helped ensure production goals were met safely and efficiently. He developed in-depth knowledge of a variety of equipment and played a key role in training and supporting new employees. This experience provided Robby with a strong foundation in operations, problem-solving, attention to detail, and team support.
Role at SFM:
Robby joined SFM in 2025 and has quickly become a go-to resource in the office. He manages the mailroom, ensuring business correspondence is handled accurately and efficiently each day. He also tracks office inventory and oversees building maintenance, both inside and out. With his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Robby helps keep SFM’s office running smoothly.
When not in the office:
A third-generation native Montanan, Robby enjoys spending his free time with his family and girlfriend, Lynn. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys discovering great local restaurants and live music. When he’s not cheering on his favorite teams or exploring the local dining scene, you can often find him outdoors — floating the rivers, hiking local trails, or enjoying time with his dog, Freya.
