Stack Financial Management (SFM) has been named among “America’s Top Wealth Advisors” in 2026 by Forbes. SFM ranked #119 out of 250, and was the only Montana firm to make the list. According to Forbes, this ranking aims to recognize the professionals who go above and beyond for their clients, delivering support in both calm and challenging times.

The ranking methodology for America’s “Top Wealth Advisors” was developed by SHOOK Research and is based on compliance records, industry experience, assets under management, and revenue trends, among other criteria. SHOOK received 52,043 nominations for this list. Of those nominees, 29,109 were invited to take part in an online survey. SHOOK then completed telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews with nominees to determine the final list of 250. SHOOK seeks role-model firms when developing their rankings – those that are leading the way in following best practices and providing a high-quality experience for clients.
